We will be fully responsible for after-sales technical support. You or your customer can send us a detailed description, photos, or a video of the issue. Our professional technicians will analyze the problem and provide a clear solution, often within 24 hours. We also offer remote video guidance if needed.
Onsite training is also available.
We offer a standard 1-year warranty for the printers (excluding print head / ink supply system). During this period, we provide free technical support and replacement parts for any non-artificial quality issues. Extended warranty plans are also available upon request.
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer, not a trading company. We have our own 82000m² factory, 29+ years of manufacturing experience, and a strong R&D team. You are very welcome to schedule a video call to tour our production lines, or visit our factory in person at any time.
We provide flexible shipping solutions:
If you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can deliver the goods directly to their warehouse.
If you don’t, we can recommend reliable and cost-effective freight forwarders, and help you choose the best transportation method (sea, air, or express) based on your location and budget.
The standard lead time is 7–15 working days after payment confirmation, depending on the order quantity. For urgent orders, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our printers are CE certified. We also provide MSDS for our inks, PET films, and powders to ensure safe transportation and usage. Other certifications (such as CE, ISO certificates) can be provided upon request for specific markets.
We provide detailed English installation tutorial videos and user manuals. Most customers can set it up by following our guidance. We also offer one-on-one remote video support from our technicians. If needed, on-site training can be arranged for large distributors.
Yes, we stock a full range of spare parts and consumables (printheads, inks, films, powders, dampers, etc.). As a distributor, you can order them together with printers, or separately. We ensure fast preparation and shipment to minimize downtime for your customers.
Yes, for formal distributors, we respect and protect your local market. We will not actively develop other direct customers or distributors in your exclusive area without your agreement. Detailed policies can be discussed in the distribution agreement.
We provide distributors with a full sales kit, including: product catalogs (PDF), high-resolution photos, operation videos, specification sheets, and technical presentations. We can also provide demo files and sample print results to help you showcase product quality to your customers.
