Information
The YD5060(Pro) is a dual-station direct-to-garment printer built for over-size garment printing. Its two 500 × 600 mm platens run in sequence, so the operator loads one station while the other prints.
A one-piece high-precision steel frame with a dual-beam magnetic grating holds registration across long shifts. Rated output reaches 73 pcs/h on black garments and 63 pcs/h on white in the fastest print modes.

Selling Points
One-piece high-precision steel frame with a dual-beam magnetic grating for better damping and higher accuracy. The X-axis runs a linear motor on dual rails with a Y-axis dual-ballscrew drive for stable printing at production speed. A secondary ink supply system keeps flow constant across a full shift, while auto cleaning with constant temperature and humidity control protects both machine and printheads.
Applications
- Over-size garment printing — beyond the platen limit of a standard A3 DTG machine.
- White and black garment production — 63 pcs/h on white and 73 pcs/h on black in the fastest modes.
- High-mix, small-batch apparel runs — dual stations keep one platen printing while the other is loaded.
