The YD1600-4 is a 1600mm direct-to-fabric flag printer with four Epson i3200-A1 printheads, rated at 120 m²/h in 2-pass and 75 m²/h in 4-pass. It combines printing, drying and cutting in one machine, with a semi-automatic hotmelt cutting system on board.
Media handling covers warp-knitted fabric, satin, mesh and display fabrics. An X-axis AC servo motor drives the carriage on HIWIN high-speed silent linear rails.
