IV. Technical Workflow: UV TPU Heat Transfer Solution

Step 1: Artwork Preparation

Step 2: Direct UV Printing

Step 3: Heat Transfer Integration

Transfer the printed TPU film onto the fabric using a heat press machine (approx. 150-160°C for 15-20 seconds). The TPU bond is industrial-strength and permanent.

Step 4: Finished Product

Peel away the carrier film to reveal a 3D embossed logo with vibrant colors, a soft flexible touch, and a premium finish.
