The F1904C is a 1900mm dye-sublimation printer with four Epson i3200-A1 printheads, rated at 180 m²/h in 2-pass and 90 m²/h in 4-pass. Ink is supplied from 3.5L bulk bottles plus 220ml secondary cartridges, giving 650kg of machine on a 323 × 113 × 104 cm crate.
Two features define the machine: a dual drying system, and automatic constant-tension media feeding. Together they address the two failure modes of high-speed sublimation — incomplete drying at speed, and paper wandering on long runs.
