Information
The YD8030-3 (UV) is a compact UV DTF printer running three Epson i1600-U1 printheads across a 300mm working width and 1.5mm material thickness, at 4.2 m²/h in 8-pass. It carries a six-colour ink set — CMYK plus Light Cyan and Light Magenta, plus White and Varnish — which is what separates it from the standard four-colour UV DTF units.
Motion runs on industrial-grade HIWIN linear rails, and an intelligent white ink circulation system keeps white pigment in suspension. Curing is by two LED UV lamps with air cooling.
